Elisa is an artisanweaverbased in Goroka. She created this Bilum design by hand over six weeks. Elisa is part of the Goroka collective ofweaversled by Florence orBilum Meri,who is aggregator and brand cultural advisor. Florence has been vital to the success of Among Equals since its founding and is fiercely passionate about building a platform for theweavers. "I am strong for theweavers, I see them as sisters. These women now have the strength to stand up and be their own trader. It is a business for them, too, and that is very empowering."

To clean bag, remove pom pom and tassel, cold machine wash and line dry.
