As a not-for-profit brand, our mission is to empower artisans and preserve traditional craftsmanship. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a hassle-free returns process. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

In-Store Returns

If you purchased an item in-store, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless required by law.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future purchase in-store.

Online Returns

If you purchased from our online store, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated via our online returns portal.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  3. Follow the instructions to send your item back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request within 5-7 business days.

Important Information

  • As each bag is handcrafted, slight variations in color and weave are part of its unique beauty and not considered defects.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions may be non-returnable; please check individual product details at the time of purchase.
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
